Welcome to Our Wine Bar! Indulge in the welcoming atmosphere of Our Wine Bar! Explore a diverse array of estate wines, served not only by the bottle but also by the glass. Complementing this experience are thoughtfully crafted, hearty South Tyrolean snacks featuring regional specialties from a curated selection of Speck (smoked ham), air-dried sausages, and cheeses. Flavorful Focaccia and toast dishes, along with anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea, complete our offerings. Enjoy relaxed evenings in our Zirmstube or Wolkensteinkeller, or choose a spot under the open sky. Our fireplaces, heaters, and blankets ensure cozy warmth, creating the perfect backdrop for precious moments with your loved ones.

Our bistro, located next to the castle garden, invites you to relax and indulge. In good weather, the courtyard in the manor and the spacious outdoor area with natural shade offer ample space while in bad weather, you can retreat to our cozy Zirmstube or the historic Wolkenstein-cellar.
