TURMHOF
The selection TURMHOF is named after the historic residence and ancestral seat of our winery, "Castel Turmhof". The grapes are sourced from several selected hillside vineyards located up to 900 meters above sea level. They remain on the lees for several months, are partly aged in wooden barrels and brought to maturity, with particular attention paid to the sensory complexity of the respective grape variety as well as its structure and elegance.
